Economy

The construction industry is one of Swedens largest industries with great impact on our material and social wealth. Around 10 % of the employees in Sweden are working in the sector and steel construction is predicted to grow the coming years with respect to the expected investments in Sweden the coming years.

Steel is a part of almost every construction. Steel is a sustainable choice and by itself cost-effective with minimal material use per carried ton.
The material cost is only about 20-30% of the total cost of the steel structure. Hence, to make cost-efficient steel solutions the biggest effort should be put into making easy manufactured and easy assembled systems. One important aspect could be to increase and improve the information exchange between the involved people and improve the delivered documents and purchases.
