The Division of Structural Engineering and Production- Steel Structures is recruiting 2 PhD Students.

Steel Structure research group is involved in several international research projects where the bolted and welded connections are thoroughly studied. Development of FE models and experimental studies for improvements of the traditional bolted ring flange connections is an example where PhD student will be involved. Another project that requires similar theoretical and numerical background is bolted connection for modular buildings.
